MD Steve O'Hare explains how SCLO's webinars and online delivery could be the ideal way forward for CPD and up-skilling staff in the future.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, online delivery has become crucial for learning and CPD and our webinars enable us to up-skill staff who are either working in an office or from home in a remote setting.
"Our webinars are a great way for organisations' members or company's staff to learn something new," says SCLO MD Steve O'Hare.
"They are the ideal vehicle for enabling them to log on and learn about the key things they need to remember when tendering for business. They help people improve the things they do on a daily basis.
"We make them short and sharp but they give out a lot of information and they are recorded too so people can revisit them to go over key information and crucial take-aways from the session.
"SCLO is fortunate enough to have some great relationships with organisations like ERSA (Employment Related Services Association) and AELP (Association of Employment and Learning Providers) who I have done many webinars for and will be busy with for the remainder of 2020 too.
"I am hopefully doing some work with the EMCC (East Midlands Chamber of Commerce) soon too which will open up the scope of what we can deliver to a wider audience and not just the education and training sector."
